I Hope They Call Me On A Mission

They grow up so fast! My best baby sister has submitted her mission papers. I'm so excited for this new adventure. I will miss her like crazy but I know this will be such a good thing for her. She was concerned that she didn't have a good pic to send with her papers. I was happy to help her out with that! We hung out around BYU campus and got some awesome shots.

It's so not hard to photograph beautiful people.

Baker Lake

A couple of weeks ago, I went hiking to one of the most beautiful lakes on earth, Baker Lake, just north of Ketchum, Idaho. I have been there before, but it's been a few years, and I forgot how difficult the hike is. Whew! It was a definite accomplishment to get to the top. I'm not sure how high we climbed, but it was 75 degrees at the trailhead, and the lake is still mostly frozen. So, I think we climbed pretty high. Not only is the trail pretty steep, but we encountered a lot of snow. Weird, with it being July and all. So not only was I super tired from just getting up the mountain, but trudging through the snow stole what little strength I had left. I was so, so excited to get to the top. It was super fun to hang out with my dad and Jordan. Apparently, we're making this an annual event. Hopefully, there won't be so much snow every year.

Baby Photo Shoot

Two of my favorite people in the whole wide world had a baby a few days ago. I got to meet her yesterday and already love her so much. She is an absolute angel...however, look closely at the photo. Something's not quite right (but hilariously funny)!

Don't mess with the sleeping baby!

You can see more (less vulgar) pictures of her here.
