To finish of my week of a million concerts (okay, three), I saw Secondhand Serenade at Thanksgiving Point on June 11th. This guy is fairly new (at least to me) and I don't know his music too well, but I really like what I've heard and I loved his concert. The lead singer's name is John Vesely and Secondhand Serenade isn't a band, it's actually just him. How he chose the name Secondhand Serenade is a cute tale. He says that we get his songs secondhand because he serenades his wife first. All of his songs are written for her...cute, huh? How would that be?
